Notes from the 2nd Quarter Report from the President and CEO of the Company Forward Looking Statement.

  • To-date 1.6 Billion invested and it meets the critical need for Clean Energy
  • The Senate Bill Funding is Bi-Partisan and receiving a lot of support from Republicans and Democrats.
  • Moving from a Research & Development to a Production model and Commercialisation phase, with a new experienced and very capable management team put in place that has experience in Nuclear, Investment, Financial requirements and the marketing of the SMR is to be stepped up with interested parties and already MOU’s, Memorandums Of Understanding are being put in place.
  • Leading SMR Company which has now obtained the license to operate before it is built (this gives confidence to their customers that the money they invest in SMR’s has already been cleared for operation
  • The IRA (Inflation Reduction Act) makes the funds more accessible to the customers to invest in Nuclear Energy
  • The SMR has significant advantages in that it doesn’t have to be connected to the Grid, they are Dry Cooled and the Emergency Planning Zone has agreed the Fence Line.
  • Currently there is an agreed collaboration between the US  and Romanian Governments to build on a former coal power plant in Romania, which supports Romania to become the SMR Leader in Europe.
  • This plant will become the first purpose built facility and will allow for design and testing
  • Through re-purposing coal plants across Europe this will lead to achieving net zero carbon free by 2050  target date.
  • The SMR runs at High Temperature, High Pressure and is a Carbon Free System
  • In addition to the energy this also provides Hydrogen production
  • The major utilities have been joined by oil, gas, chemical and large data centres showing interest in SMR’s as the companies themselves are looking to take advantage of the IRA investment opportunities and as they develop their own projects there is a need for 24/7 Clean Energy.  But they also don’t want to be having to invest in building Nuclear Plants or indeed being responsible. So the fact that SMR provides 24/7 Clean Energy, is Carbon Free and already has an agreed Fence Line for Safety Grounds, is Dry Cooled and is not connected to the Power Grid is very attractive to these industry types. But also they can be located closer to the clients own facilities or indeed next to them is a very attractive proposition rather than relying on energy through the Grid.
  • There is also the fact that Ammonia and Hydrogen can also be produced and Hydrogen is seen as being the fuel for larger transport vehicles, such as ships, planes, trains, lorries in the future and in fact there are already trains in Germany run on Hydrogen fuel and work is ongoing looking into jets being fulled by Hydrogen.
  • The future is looking good for the SMR and they are the only company that has been certified and are now moving into the production phase and are likely to meet the target of 2029 for delivery.
  • Partnerships are many around the Globe and the Korean Facility has already placed the order for the steel tubing necessary for the project as well as other materials that have lengthy lead times.
  • Moving forward it was mentioned that the clients would enter into Long Term Power Agreements, thus providing the energy solution for the clients. Giving confidence to clients that the SMR is already licensed to operate, ensures a hesitant market is re-assured that there are no grounds not to go into full production. So they can move forward with their own projects knowing that the clean energy is available for their own investors and stake holders.
  • This phase relies on the signing of 3 customers which it is predicted will happen but there is already a lot of interested from not just the Power Companies in the US which is significant but also across the globe.
  • The re-commercialisation of coal power plants is on the table as many of these will be located in ideal sites for the energy companies but as the SMR’s could be transported into place on the back of a trailer they are more accessible to clients needs and requirements.
  • The company is leading the charge for Clean Energy and although there are a several alternatives none are approved and it is thought that they will not be able to deliver by the target date.
  • Wind and Solar are not the answer to the clients needs for 24/7 Clean Energy
  • Clients do not want to be involved in building Nuclear Plants and the cost is prohibitive and so a long term agreement for Clean Energy 24/7 that is Safe and Carbon Free ticks all the boxes. To take advantage of the IRA funding they need to submit their own projects to access this fund for their own companies to build infrastructure and such by the target date.  Much of the projects will require energy sources and this needs to tick the clean energy box.
